Return Period
Important: You must request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order. If a return request is not made within 48 hours, we cannot proceed with the return process.
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery for refund only (no exchanges).
Return Request Deadline
- Return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- Actual return must be completed within 7 days of delivery
- Failure to request within 48 hours will result in inability to process returns
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Not damaged or modified
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened software or digital products
- Items marked as final sale
- Custom-built or special order items
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at info@synexi.net within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
